NCLEX prep and CE.
10 minutes at a time.
Updated June 2026
Every CE hour and study hour splits into 10-minute micro-courses and unfolding cases. Do one during a break. The next step is waiting whenever you come back.
Nursio is a mobile app for nurses and nursing students. Use it to prepare for the NCLEX-RN or OIIQ exam, or to keep your continuing education current. Each session is about 10 minutes, so you can fit it into a real workday. The NCLEX and OIIQ tracks each have 100 guided paths with 1,500+ questions across hundreds of unfolding cases, plus 40+ hours of CE — all scored across six clinical-judgment steps.
Exam prep or CE. You choose — switch any time.
Each path is 1–2 hours, split into ~10-minute steps: unfolding NGN cases and micro-lessons.
Nursio tracks where your scores drop and sends more practice to those steps. You do not have to figure out what to study next.
See your clinical judgment, step by step.
Nursio scores you across the six steps of clinical judgment — the same model the NGN exam uses. You work through guided paths that cover everything on the blueprint. When your score drops at a specific step, Nursio queues extra practice there before you move on.
This shows how much you practiced, not a pass. “Solid” means you did real work and got most of it right.
An hour of learning, broken into short steps.
Each path breaks a full clinical topic into a chain of short steps — unfolding cases and micro-lessons, one after another. You do one on a break; the path remembers where you stopped and shows you what is next.
Lock in the facts with clinical flashcards.
Alongside the cases, Nursio gives you clinical flashcards — mnemonics like ABCDE and MONA, prioritized lists, and the key thresholds — quick cards you can review between patients to reinforce what you missed.
Every case is written by practicing nurses and checked against current guidelines — the same protocols in force on your unit.

What is Nursio?
Nursio is a mobile app for nurses and nursing students. You learn through short clinical cases — about 10 minutes each — to prep a licensing exam (NCLEX-RN, OIIQ) or to keep your continuing education current.
Is Nursio for exam prep or for CE?
Both. Nursio has two paths: exam prep (NCLEX-RN and the OIIQ exam in Quebec) and continuing education for nurses already working. You can switch paths any time.
Does Nursio count toward license renewal?
You get a certificate of completion for each path, not accredited CE credits or contact hours. Whether a certificate of completion counts toward your requirements depends on your jurisdiction — check your board of nursing (or, in Quebec, your professional order). Every path still ends with a downloadable certificate for your records.
How is Nursio structured?
You learn through paths. Each path is a 1–2 hour sequence divided into segments of about 10 minutes. Each segment is an unfolding NGN clinical case or a short micro-lesson — do one during a break and continue the next shift.
How is Nursio different from a question bank?
Nursio tracks your accuracy across the six steps of clinical judgment as you work through guided paths of full unfolding cases and micro-lessons. After each path, it identifies the steps where your score is lowest and queues a reinforcement path focused on exactly those steps — so your time goes where your reasoning needs work, not where you already perform well.
Can an organization create its own training?
Yes. With Nursio for organizations, a supervisor uploads a protocol (PDF or photo), Nursio reads it and builds a guided path of cases and micro-lessons with AI, a nurse reviews it, and it goes live — visible only to that organization’s staff.
