Delete your account and data
You can permanently delete your Nursio account and personal data at any time. There are two ways to do it — directly in the app, or by email — and both remove your account and the data tied to it.
Delete in the app (fastest)
Open Nursio, go to your profile or settings, choose “Delete account”, and confirm. Your account and personal data are removed right away. This is the quickest route and needs no waiting.
Delete by email
If you can’t access the app, email contact@nursio.io from the address on your account and ask us to delete it. We verify the request and delete your account and data, typically within 30 days.
What gets deleted
Your profile (email, name), onboarding preferences, learning progress and competency data, ratings, and any files you uploaded. Shared, anonymized educational content is not tied to you and is not personal data. Some records may be kept briefly where law requires.
