Built by nurses, for nurses.
Updated June 2026
Nursio exists because nursing education has a time problem. CE modules run two hours and assume you have a day off. NCLEX prep resources are built around recall, not the clinical reasoning the new exam tests. We built Nursio to fix both: short, structured learning that fits a real shift and trains the judgment that matters at the bedside.
What we make
Nursio delivers guided learning paths for the NCLEX-RN, the OIIQ exam, and continuing education. Each path is divided into segments of about 10 minutes — full unfolding clinical cases and micro-lessons that you can do one at a time. Organizations can also build private paths from their own protocols.
How we build content
Cases and lessons are written by nurses with active clinical practice and reviewed against current published guidelines, including NCSBN standards and specialty-specific evidence. Content maps to the NCSBN Clinical Judgment Measurement Model (NCJMM) so practice reflects the six steps of clinical reasoning the modern exam measures.
Where we focus
Nursio serves nurses and nursing students in the United States, anglophone Canada, and francophone Quebec, in English and Canadian French.
